Cancellation and No show policy
I know life gets busy and I understand that sometimes life can get in the way of appointments.

To secure your appointment, I kindly ask for a deposit at the time of booking. I completely understand that life happens, but please try to give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the treatment price, and those made within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment cost.

Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can make the most of your treatment. If you happen to get here a little early and would like to wait inside, just send me a quick message—if the space is free, I’ll be happy to welcome you in.

Ideally, I encourage you to come to your appointment child-free so you can fully switch off and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation. But I also understand how tricky childcare can be, so little ones are always welcome. I have toys, colouring, and cartoons on hand to help keep them entertained while you get pampered.
If you’re a new mum, please let me know if there’s anything I can do to make you feel more comfortable—whether that’s adding extra time for breastfeeding or bottle feeding, or simply creating a calm space for you and your baby.

Payment methods and booking in
Deposits are requested on point of booking.
Sugaring and waxing
If you are coming for your first sugar or wax and you're feeling a bit unsure or a bit nervous then I want to assure you that this is a non judgemental, non intimidating space with a chilled atmosphere and everything is completely confidential. When I welcome you through my doors I want you to feel relaxed so please feel free to message me or ask me any questions that you want to.
Please bring a clean set of clothes (pants, top, whichever area will be sugared) as this reduces bacteria touching a freshly sugared area.
You will be given some time to prepare yourself, water wipes will be available to you if you've had a busy day and a modesty towel for comfort.
Patch tests
Patch tests are required for all brow and lash services 48 hours prior to treatment.
Patch tests need to repeated every 6 months to ensure you haven't developed an allergy to any of the products.
A tiny bit of product will be applied to your lower back or inner arm, depending on the product.
Location
Free To Be Me is in St.George not far from Troopers Hill. Once you have made your booking you will receive a confirmation email with the full address.

There is free parking outside or if you are coming on a bike you are welcome to bring it in the house.
