Cancellation and No show policy
I know life gets busy and I understand that sometimes life's dramas get in the way of appointments.

I ask that you give 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling or 50% of the treatment price will be charged.
No shows will be charged at full treatment cost.

Please be on time for your appointment as I don't like to keep the next client waiting however if you would like to arrive earlier for whatever reason please let me know and ill make sure the kettle is boiled
children
Please do feel free to bring your children. I know how difficult it is for any parent to find childcare so that you can get pampered. I have children's toys, colouring and cartoons to help entertain.

If you are a new mum and there is anything I can do to make you feel more comfortable for breast or bottle feeding your baby just give me the heads up and I can add on a bit of extra time to your appointment
Payment methods and booking in
I accept cash, card, contactless and bank transfer. Once your appointment has been confirmed I will send you the specific address. This is to safeguard myself and my clients.
Sugaring and waxing
If you are coming for your first sugar or wax and you're feeling a bit unsure or a bit nervous then I want to assure you that I am just a normal person that has seen hundreds of body's in all shapes and sizes and I like to think that my clients feel that this is a non judgemental, non intimidating space, chilled atmosphere and everything is completely confidential. When I welcome you through my doors I want you to feel relaxed so please feel free to message me or ask me any questions that you want to.Â
Please bring a clean set of clothes (pants, top, whichever area will be waxed) as this reduces bacteria touching a freshly waxed area.Â
You will be given some time to prepare yourself, water wipes will be available to you if you've had a busy day at work and also a rubik's cube to help relax you.
Patch test
Patch tests are required for all brow and lash services 48Â hours prior to treatment.Â
Patch tests need to repeated every 6months to ensure you haven't developed an allergy to any of the products.Â
A tiny bit of product will be applied the neck behind your ear, your lower back or inner arm, depending on the product.
Location
Free:To Be Me is in St.George not far from Troopers Hill. Once you have made your booking I will let you know which house number to come to via text or e-mail.

There is free parking outside or if you are coming on a bike you are welcome to bring it in the house.
